We are located on a luxurious, white sand beach in Little Apple Bay on Tortola’s North Shore. Our charming 35 room hotel offers the ultimate in breathtaking scenery and total relaxation.

At our casual, intimate hideaway, you will wake up to the sound of gently lapping waves and cool sea breezes. From the private balconies or terraces of our deluxe beachfront accommodations, enjoy spectacular views and

colorful sunsets, or choose from one of our cheerfully appointed tropical garden rooms. All rooms are airconditioned. Whatever your choice, our warm and friendly staff will make you feel at home.

Tortola is an ideal location for all types of watersports and activities. Everything from sailing, snorkeling and diving, to surfing, hiking and more can be arranged through Sebastian’s.

Our location just happens to be the ultimate location for surfers! Surfers enjoy being able to wake up, check the surf out their hotel room window and literally walk out the door to one of the BVI’s best surf spots! We are the place to stay for your BVI, Caribbean, warm water surfing destination vacation!

We can also assist you with jeep and car rentals – though many of our guests sometimes prefer to do nothing more than lie on our beach with a rum punch and a good book.

On weekends, at our popular beach bar, you can dance under the stars to the live music of the islands’ best fungi & steel bands.

Great place to stay, clean rooms and a location that can’t be beat. Steps from the water and small but beautiful beach. The restaurant has great meals. The bar sell their own Rum, and its great. All the employees are so pleasant. their small on location store is so convenient.

We will be back next February, can’t wait!

Phenomenal experience at Sebastian’s on the Beach- very friendly and accommodating staff, delicious fresh seafood on the menu and a spectacular setting right on the beach! This is a gem in paradise – highly recommended!!!!

We had visited Sabastian’s two years ago. Even though the impact of Hurricane Irma can still be seen on the island, Sebastian’s is open having completed its repairs. It still offers gracious service, wonderful food and a glorious setting. If you are considering visiting Tortola, stay at this piece of paradise.

Stayed here in July. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were modern and felt more like a room in a nice house than a hotel room. I would absolutely stay again. We were the only people on the beach that evening. The next morning there were just a few others so it felt more like a private beach.

We booked on line as we were investigating boating from Tortola. We realized it was the other side of the island, but weren’t worried about transport.

Loved the restaurant on the beach, the beach was clean and accessible, Sebatians’s Rum is amazing and we loaded our suitcases. The best part was the help. Quietest side of Tortola with good bars close by.
