Cancellations & Modifications
All cancellations and modifications must be submitted in writing to the Resort during business hours (BVI Time):
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Cancellation & Modification Fees
- 15+ days before arrival — No penalty fees apply.
- 1–14 days before arrival — A 2-night cancellation fee at the contracted rate plus applicable taxes applies for multi-night bookings;
a 1-night fee applies for single-night bookings. - Day of arrival or during stay — The full stay will be charged.
- Early departures — No refund will be issued for any unused nights.Travel insurance is highly recommended.
No-Shows
The full cost of the stay, including applicable taxes, will be charged. No refund will be issued for unused nights due to a no-show, arrival on an unscheduled date, or a shorter stay than originally booked.
