Deposits: A 3 day deposit is required to secure all reservations unless otherwise stated. A 28 day notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposit
If all or any night of the reservation are cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable for any 3 nights of the reservation unsold by the hotel. For December 20 to January 2 full prepayment is required to secure the reservation and a 45 days notice of cancellation is required for full refund. Upon shorter notice, a refund will be made for the nights resold by the hotel.
We will allow penalty-free cancellations related to the outbreak of war or certain terrorist attacks - within 30 days of such an event. Guests will be able to postpone their plans for up to 1 year from the original arrival date. We certainly will also evaluate every individual cancellation with the utmost consideration, to assure that guests do not suffer financially if these events should occur. |
